Maison Gascó: three Gascony whites, three moments at the table
A lively Sauvignon Blanc, a rounded Chardonnay Réserve and a fruity off-dry blend: our food pairing ideas for each Maison Gascó wine.

The three Maison Gascó white wines are IGP Côtes de Gascogne. One land, three personalities: here is how to serve them and what to pair them with.
Sauvignon Blanc: aperitifs and seafood
Dry, lively and aromatic, our Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl, 12% ABV) suits simple moments: drinks with friends, oysters, grilled fish, fresh goat’s cheese. Serve it well chilled, around 8–10 °C.

Chardonnay Réserve: the comfort of a meal
Part of our Chardonnay Réserve is aged in French oak, giving it roundness and a subtle oak touch. Enjoy it with roast poultry, fish in sauce, risotto or firm cheeses. Serve around 10–12 °C.

Gros Manseng, Colombard & Sauvignon Blanc: fruit and sharing
Made from equal parts of three grape varieties, this fruity off-dry blend is all about indulgence. Pair it with foie gras, spicy dishes or fruit desserts, or enjoy it on its own as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, around 8 °C.
